Where batteries end,
value begins
At CoreVolt Elements we connect every stage of the battery circular chain into a single technical system
— discharge, pre-treatment, material recovery, refurbishment and reintroduction.
From our Hungarian hub, we serve Europe and the United States.
Not disposal.
Circulation.
An end-of-life battery is not a finished product — it is a resource with value left. We build the technical route that returns it to industry.
Collection
End-of-life EV and ESS batteries and process by-products are collected.Reuse
Diagnosis and rebalancing restore performance for reuse in EV, ESS and robotics.Recycling
Units unfit for reuse are recovered as copper, cathode material and lithium. From collection back to the cell,
one continuous flow
We design each stage not as a standalone process but as part of a single circular structure. The output of one stage becomes the input of the next, and the last stage returns to the first.

CLOSE LOOPCircular value chainNothing leaves the loop
CoreVolt circular value chain — from recovery to reintroduction, back to the start
Three technical domains,
one circular system
Recover the material, restore the performance, return it to the supply chain. The three domains are not separate businesses but segments of a single loop.
Material Recovery & Supply
Metals recovered from end-of-life batteries and process by-products are converted into standardized forms such as briquettes and granules, then supplied to end users — the point where raw material returns to industry.
Expand
- Copper and non-ferrous recovery and sizing
- European and US supply chains
- Compliance with cell-maker specifications
Battery Refurbishment
First-generation European EV batteries are reaching replacement age. Through cell-level diagnosis and rebalancing we restore pack performance and turn it into a graded, warranted reuse product.
Expand
- Cell-level diagnosis and grading
- Standardized specs and warranty
- EV → ESS → robot cell balancing
Materials Circulation
Units that do not meet the reuse standard are not discarded — they return to the material stream. Copper, cathode materials, lithium and precious metals each follow their own route back into new cells.
Expand
- Full material recovery, zero disposal
- Precursor close-loop linkage
- Compliant transboundary routing
One process,
two circular routes
Every unit runs the same line from intake to grading, then follows one of two routes. Either way, it stays inside the loop.
Intake · Diagnosis
Units are received, registered with their history, and assessed for initial condition.
Dry Discharge
Residual energy is safely discharged, removing hazard from all downstream work.
Rebalancing
Cell-level deviation is corrected so the pack performs uniformly again.
Grading
Residual performance determines the grade and the route each unit takes next.
Grade A · B → reuse products
Refurbished for reuse in EV, ESS and robotics, and supplied as a graded, warranted product.
Below grade → material recovery
Separated and recovered as copper, cathode BM/BP, lithium and precious metals, returning to the material loop.
From EV to ESS
and robots
A restored battery performs well wherever power demands are lower than in its first life — and that market keeps widening.

EV
The core of our refurbishment business — cell-level diagnosis, grading, and packs restored for a second run on the road.

ESS (LFP)
An area where cycle life and stability matter more than raw power. We are developing LFP-based second-life ESS alongside chip and PCB precious-metal recovery.

Robotics · Data Center
The next market. We are preparing for it through robot battery rebalancing and recovery of motors and by-products.

From the Hungarian hub
into Europe and the US
We start in Hungary, home to one of Europe's largest battery manufacturing clusters, then extend the loop into European refurbishment sites and US operations.
Hungary hub
- Hungarian hub operations begin
- Discharge and recovery systems built
- Safety and environmental framework
US beachhead
- US discharge operations begin
- Wider cell-format coverage
- Pre-treatment line starts
Europe · US expansion
- European refurbish plants live
- US material supply expands
- Pre-treatment capacity added
Full chain complete
- US refurbishment at scale
- Full value chain complete
- Global circular system established
Reusing a resource
is a technical problem
Circulation becomes an industry only when three things are in place. We bring them together into one operating system.
Recovery rate
How much can be brought back. Diagnostic precision sets the size of the loop.Safety
Residual energy is removed first — which is why discharge comes before anything else.Data
Every unit keeps its record. Circulation that cannot be proven never becomes an industry.Safety, environment and data,
built in from the design stage
Handling end-of-life batteries in Europe is a question of safety, environment and data. Rather than adapting after the fact, we build our processes and data systems to those standards from the outset.
EU Battery Regulation
Expand
Our process and data structure are designed around the regulation's phased requirements — recycled content, carbon footprint declaration and the battery passport.
Traceability
Expand
Intake history, diagnostics, processing method and final destination are recorded per unit, so condition remains provable after supply.
Compliant transboundary movement
Expand
Cross-border movement of recovered materials follows OECD-compliant routes only, containing regulatory risk within the operating structure itself.
